[Pamela Shainhouse](https://www.linkedin.com/in/pamela-shainhouse) is a successful, award-winning founder, entrepreneur and consultant with over 38 years of experience in different sectors, including fashion, accessibility, inclusion, diversity, equity (AIDE) consulting, and professional fundraising. She was recently named one of Global 50 Sustainability Leaders in 2024. In 2006, Pamela founded Allistyle, Canada's first-ever sustainable, size-diverse fashion brand, named in memory of her daughter Alli. Next, she founded The Shainhouse Group, a division that works with corporations to develop their AIDE training and policy development. Pamela is the President of Alli's Journey, a charity founded by Alli to support teens, adolescents and young adults with cancer.
