Navigating my Clearco dashboard
The Clearco Funding dashboard (“Funding” in the left nav) is your central hub for managing your Clearco experience. From here, you can:
- Complete your application and get started with funding
- View your Funding Capacity
- Connect your e-commerce accounts
- Request working capital via Invoice Funding or Cash Advance
- View Payments
Funding Capacity
At the top of your Clearco Dashboard, you'll see the status of your eligibility or your Funding Capacity—the amount of working capital available to you based on your business's connected accounts and performance.
Depending on your eligibility, your capacity overview will appear in one of three stages:
- Self-Reported Funding Capacity: An initial estimate based on the monthly revenue you've provided.
- Preliminary Funding Capacity: An estimated amount based on your connected revenue accounts, subject to review and final approval. Connect all revenue and bank accounts for a more accurate assessment.
- Approved Funding Capacity: Your approved available funding amount, ready to use for Invoice Funding or Cash Advance

Complete your Application or Request Working Capital
Depending on where you are in the process, on your dashboard you will see a button to either Finish your application (if you still have requirements to complete) or to Access Working Capital.
Connecting your revenue accounts
Below your funding capacity (or from the "Revenue Sources" link), you'll find e-commerce platform tiles. Each tile shows either an option to add an account (indicated by a '+') or the connection status (indicated by a green '√'). Learn More
Payments
Once you have requested working capital (invoice funding or cash advance), you will be able to view your payment details from the Payments table. This will include the Status of the advance, Date Created, ID, Vendor you are paying (if invoice funding), Amount, Due Date requested, and the Type. Click on the status of any payment to view more detailed information.
New to Clearco? New users with no funding advances will be able to view an informational overview explaining how Clearco works. This information is replaced by the Payment details once you take your first advance.
“How does Funding work?” provides the following overview:
- Your funding capacity is calculated from your connected bank and revenue accounts.
- Once approved, funds remain available typically for 30 days and can be used to pay invoices or as a Cash Advance.
- Repay weekly over time via automatic direct debits.
“What are the Estimated Fees?” provides an estimated fee calculator to give new users a general sense of amount, repayments and term extensions. This calculator does not provide final approval amount or fees as funding is conditional on successful application.
