Reconnecting Meta Marketing Accounts

In September 2023, Meta rolled out a new feature to a limited set of their customers, providing secure access to Meta Quest for Business and Meta business tools. However, using this new feature will require Clearco users to re-integrate the Facebook and Instagram accounts in the Clearco Dashboard. It is important to maintain Marketing and Ads-related connectivity as Clearco uses this data as an input into funding capacity.

To re-install your Facebook and Instagram Marketing accounts:

Login to your Clearco Dashboard.
On the Homepage, Click “Business Profile”.
On the Business Profile select Verify Revenue & Marketing Data
Click Done on the Verify Revenue Page (we are changing nothing here)
On the Connect Marketing page, select Facebook
Enter Your Credentials and grant the clearco app access in the Facebook Advertising Dashboard.
Repeat the same process if you want to ad and Instagram Marketing Account
